Location: Anywhere! (Remote)Duration: School Year 2026-27About Puzzle x ArtPuzzle x Art (PA) is a growing nonprofit organization based in northern New Jersey. Our mission is to build a community, encourage collaboration and creativity, and spread joy through artwork in the form of puzzles.Position Overview:The Regional Director (RD) will play a vital role in expanding PA’s national presence. RDs will have the autonomy to grow PA in their region based on their creativity and vision. RDs will gain hands-on experience in outreach, event coordination, donor stewardship, and strategic communications. You will contribute to all aspects of the organization as we scale.Key Responsibilities:Develop, plan, and scale Puzzle x Art’s mission in regional area through mission-aligned initiatives including (but not limited to): hosting puzzle building events with community partners,donating completed puzzles to community centers promoting the benefits of puzzle building through partnershipsraising the visibility of PARecruit local volunteers to assist in hosting events, finding partnership, and building puzzles for our collection ready to donate.Submit final report with record of all regional activity, including number of volunteers and active hours contributed, number of puzzles built and donated, number of puzzle events hosted, and photos of programming.Bi-monthly meetings with fellow RDs for strategic planning, communication strategies, and shared time with mission-driven, puzzle-loving peers.There is no minimum output or activity requirement - it will be based on your own passion and committed time. However, Regional Directors are expected to dedicate ~10 hours per month towards their positions. Qualifications:Entrepreneurial spirit to build your up PA in your region.Take initiative and able to manage multiple priorities.Passion for community service and nonprofit work (and puzzles!)Excited to learn and contribute in a growing organization.High school student (Grades 9-12)

This position is ideal for high school students who are passionate about nonprofit work and building community through their hobby for puzzling! As a growing organization, we will support Ambassadors with the resources and support in mission-aligned ways to contribute to any aspects of the organization as we scale.Key Responsibilities:Donate and share your completed puzzles.Build puzzles or donate your pre-loved puzzles to our inventory. Encourage and recruit other puzzle lovers (aka volunteers).Qualifications:Puzzles are your hobby!Willingness to take initiative and comfortable working independently.Passion for community service and nonprofit work.Excited to learn and contribute in a growing organization.High school student (Grades 9-12)

This position is ideal for high school students who are passionate about nonprofit work, community development, and building meaningful relationships. Interns will gain hands-on experience in outreach, event coordination, donor stewardship, and strategic communications. As a growing organization, everyone wears many hats, so the role will be hands-on. You will contribute to all aspects of the organization as we scale the organization.Key Responsibilities:Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and individuals that align with PA’s mission.Collaborate on communication strategies including social media content, newsletters, and outreach materials.Schedule and coordinate meetings with community partners and supporters.General operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Willingness to take initiative and comfortable working independently.Passion for community service and nonprofit work.Excited to learn and contribute in a growing organization.High school student (Grades 9-12)
